Module 6: Using e-Mental HealthFHZ with Special Patient Groups and Complex Conditions

This self-paced online learning module is the sixth, and final, installment in a 6-part series on e-Mental Health.

Module overview

This module introduces programs designed to meet the needs of patients from specific groups & communities and those with specific diagnoses.  It concludes with a glimpse of the future for eMH including programs at various stages of development by Australian institutions.

At the conclusion of this module, participants will be:

• Aware of the breadth of eMH programs available to assist them to manage patients in the community.
• Able to identify and describe eMH resources that might be used to help special groups of patients and patients with specific diagnoses.
• Able to integrate eMH resources into their usual practice to improve the safety and quality of care.
• Looking forward to future developments in eMH and the opportunity to integrate these into patient care.

CPD Information

The activity is accredited by RACGP and ACRRM. Completion of the full ALM/activity (full 6-part series) will provide RACGP ALM 40 Cat 1 QI&CPD points and/or ACRRM 30 PRPD points. Completion of individual modules will provide RACGP Cat 2 QI&CPD points and pro-rata ACRRM points.
