Treating Depression with e-couch

In this webinar

This is the fifth in a series of stand-alone webinars. e-couch, developed by the Australian National University, provides evidence-based information and teaches strategies drawn from cognitive, behavioural and interpersonal therapies as well as relaxation and physical activity.
