MindSpot provides a world-class, therapist assisted online and telephone assessment and treatment services for Australian residents aged 18 years and over with anxiety or depression. Our online courses have been clinically effective in a large number of randomised controlled trials. Over the past two years MindSpot has provided information to over 400,000 people on our website and provided services to over 30,000 Australians. MindSpot delivers a stepped care approach to the assessment, treatment and referral of clients.
There are five Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses offered by MindSpot:
1. The Wellbeing Course, a course for Australian’s 18-64 years of age
2. The Wellbeing Plus Course, for Australians 65 years plus
3. The Indigenous Wellbeing Course (starts April 7th 2015)
4. The OCD (Obsessive compulsive disorder) Course
5. The PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder) Course
Our treatment courses run for 8 weeks and are designed to help people recover. A trained therapist will contact the patient weekly to lead them through the course. Each course includes reading materials that assist people to understand their symptoms, and strategies on how to manage their symptoms. Practical tasks are also given to patients throughout the course so they can put their knowledge into practice.

Then complete the details requested and submit the form. The form is then securely submitted to our team. The referral process should take less than five minutes.
Once the referral has been made, we will contact your patient and ask them to complete an online assessment form. This will assist us
to ensure your patient receives the appropriate service. An assessment report will then be sent to the referring doctor. We will also send you a report once treatment is completed.
